This bathroom was had some major work done and was one of my favorites because natural stone was added as accents behind the royal seat and affordably sources vanity. Crown molding, trim, window sills and craftsman casing were all installed. This room has LVP flooring right over a new subfloor due to unstable original tiles. The tub/shower’s mauve tiles were refinished for a sleek look with epoxy coating, which has held up for over a decade now. We installed an exhaust fan over the shower to curb moisture and routed the exhaust up through the attic. Easy peasy. Accent lighting over the royal seat and doubled over the vanity make for a perfect modern, yet elegant look. Lastly a custom made back lit mirror which changes colors and can be operated with a timer and remote.
